How to Select that Perfect Syrup Grade
Vermont FANCY GRADE	Vermont GRADE A MEDIUM AMBER	Vermont GRADE A DARK AMBER	Vermont GRADE B
The lightest in color with a very delicate sweet flavor.	A bit darker in color with a more pronounced characteristic maple flavor. The most popular grade for all-around use.	Darker in color, a syrup for those preferring a more robust flavor.	Very dark in color, for those who want a bold flavored syrup to cook with.
